1、 Declaration purpose and scope of application

This statement applies to all intellectual property related activities of Hubei Weifeng Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and its affiliates (including but not limited to subsidiaries, agents, and partners) in the research and development, procurement, testing, maintenance, storage, packaging, sales (including online/offline sales, cross-border e-commerce), and after-sales service of communication equipment and accessories.

2、 Definition and Scope of Intellectual Property

The term "intellectual property" referred to in this statement includes but is not limited to:

Trademark rights: registered trademarks, unregistered trademarks (including service trademarks), domain names, logos, etc. related to the company and its products;

Patent rights: invention, utility model, design patents (including proprietary patents and third-party patents);

Copyright: Product design drawings, technical solutions, testing reports, maintenance manuals, software code, promotional materials (including text, images, videos), website content, etc;

• Trade secrets: technical secrets (such as testing processes, maintenance techniques, supply chain management methods), business secrets (such as customer information, pricing strategies, marketing plans, etc.), etc;

3、 Respect and protection of third-party intellectual property rights

Our company promises to strictly abide by the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China, the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, the Anti Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, and international treaties in our business activities, and respect third-party intellectual property rights. The specific measures are as follows:

（1） Procurement process

1. Our company strictly audits supplier qualifications and requires suppliers to provide proof of the legal source of their products to ensure that the purchased new, used, refurbished products and accessories do not infringe on third-party trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, and other rights;

2. For imported products and accessories, our company verifies the intellectual property registration information of the destination country to avoid infringement disputes caused by parallel imports, regional patent differences, etc;

3. If it is found that the purchased products are suspected of infringing third-party intellectual property rights, our company has the right to immediately suspend the procurement and cooperate with the rights holder's investigation, while also holding the supplier accountable.

（2） Inspection and maintenance process

1. The testing tools and software used during the testing process (such as network analyzers and protocol testing software) are all legally authorized versions and do not use pirated or unauthorized third-party intellectual property achievements;

2. Maintenance services are only aimed at functional repair of equipment (such as replacing faulty modules, resetting software parameters), and do not involve modification or reverse engineering of the original technical solution of the equipment (unless expressly authorized by the rights holder). Non original or unverified accessories are not used to repair products

3. If the technical improvement plan generated during the maintenance process (such as optimizing the maintenance process, customizing replacement parts) meets the patent application conditions, our company will promptly apply for our own patent protection; If third-party technology is involved, our company will proactively avoid or obtain authorization.

（3） Storage and packaging process

During the storage period of the product, our company strictly manages the inventory to ensure that the identification of equipment and accessories (such as trademarks, models, serial numbers) is complete and authentic, and does not tamper with or forge third-party brand logos without authorization;

2. If the packaging design (including outer packaging box, internal instructions, labels) is independently designed by our company, copyright registration or other protective measures have been taken; If referring to third-party designs, clear authorization has been obtained;

3. The packaging does not contain unauthorized promotional materials (such as advertising slogans or images involving other people's trademarks) to avoid misleading labeling.

（4） Sales and online promotion process

1. All products sold by our company are labeled with true information of the rights holder and do not falsely claim to mislead consumers;

2. The content (including product introductions, promotional videos, and user reviews) on online platforms (e-commerce stores, official websites, and independent sites) is original or authorized by our company and does not plagiarize or tamper with third-party content;

3. In cross-border e-commerce sales, our company complies with the intellectual property regulations of the target country, verifies the patent and trademark registration status of the products in the importing country in advance, and avoids the detention of goods due to "intellectual property border measures";

4. Do not provide products that infringe third-party intellectual property rights in any form (including but not limited to sales, promises for sale, displays). If we receive a warning of infringement from the rights holder, our company will verify and take measures such as delisting or recall within a reasonable period of time.

（5） After sales service process

1. The technical documents provided by after-sales service (such as maintenance manuals and operation guides) are independently written by our company or have been authorized by the rights holder, and do not infringe on third-party copyrights;

2. The tools and programs used in remote technical support or software upgrade services are all legally authorized versions and do not implant illegal modules or infringe on third-party software copyrights;

3. If customers provide feedback on intellectual property disputes related to the product (such as suspected counterfeit goods), our company will actively cooperate with the investigation and assume corresponding responsibilities (such as returns, exchanges, and compensation) based on the investigation results.

4. Standardize management and strictly implement after-sales service policies and commitments, and do not provide false after-sales service commitments.  

4、 Protection of proprietary intellectual property rights

Our company legally enjoys intellectual property rights for independently developed technologies, designs, brands, etc., and takes the following measures to protect them:

1. Self owned trademarks, patents, copyrights, etc. have been registered/registered with relevant domestic and foreign institutions (if any) and publicly announced through official channels;

2. Sign "Confidentiality Agreement" and "Intellectual Property Ownership Agreement" with employees and partners, clarifying the ownership and confidentiality obligations of service inventions and trade secrets;

3. Take legal measures to protect rights against infringement (including but not limited to counterfeiting our company's trademarks and unauthorized use of our company's technical solutions) (such as sending a lawyer's letter, filing a lawsuit, or complaining to administrative authorities), and hold the infringing party legally responsible;

4. Encourage customers and the public to report any infringement of our company's intellectual property rights, and provide reasonable rewards for effective reporting.

5、 Infringement complaints and dispute resolution
